The staff were accommodating and friendly, making us feel truly at home. The cleanliness and modernity of the rooms were commendable, although I would have appreciated glassware over plastic cups. The sound insulation proved effective, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep despite the lively festival outside.In terms of value, Mercure offers a satisfactory buffet breakfast and free public parking nearby, contributing to its appeal for a short stay. While lacking some amenities like ironing facilities, the hotel's prime location and efficient service make it a convenient choice. The manager's exceptional assistance and the quiet ambiance amidst the festival chaos certainly make this establishment stand out.Mercure presents a practical option in Lorient, especially for those attending local events.
